About the Role: Quality Control Standards Data Analyst
As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our Quality Control Strategies and Guidelines Group. This team is responsible for driving a culture of safety, efficiency, and innovation by identifying statistical trends and performance metrics that improve our Quality Control division. You'll leverage data to develop, present, and recommend innovative ideas and projects while performing critical analysis to mitigate the risk of non-compliance through process improvements.
Your contributions will directly support arenaflex's organizational goals, including maintaining low costs, modernizing operations, and improving compliance—giving us the competitive edge we need to continue leading the industry. Key Responsibilities
The Quality Control Standards Data Analyst role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities designed to develop your analytical skills and business acumen. Your duties will include:
- Data Collection and Validation: Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team with timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements. You'll ensure accuracy and reliability in all datasets you handle.
- Analysis and Reporting: Assist with developing and communicating results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. You'll translate complex findings into actionable insights.
- Ad Hoc Research: Help investigate critical ad hoc requests arising from emerging maintenance issues and provide analytical responses to allow Senior Leadership to make informed business decisions while balancing existing project responsibilities.
- Data Visualization: Present insights, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools supporting the relevant points of the analysis to facilitate partner understanding and drive decision-making.
- Query Development: Assist with developing and distributing specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, establishing rhythms, and validating the necessity of the data requirements.
- Process Auditing: Identify anomalies in processes through reviews and surveys and communicate findings to the team. You'll be instrumental in ensuring our processes remain robust and efficient.
- Effectiveness Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of processes and procedures by monitoring for trends and discrepancies, identifying areas for improvement.
- Compliance Focus: Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the center of every decision, maintaining our commitment to regulatory excellence.
- Additional Duties: May perform other work responsibilities as directed by the Group Leader, providing flexibility and diverse experience.
Qualifications We're Seeking
Education and Experience
- Educational Requirement: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. Relevant fields of study include Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Preferred Experience: Previous internship experience in a related field is preferred. Capstone projects and research coursework demonstrating analytical capabilities are highly valued.
