We're seeking an experienced QA & Customer Support Coordinator to join our team in Tustin, CA. As a key member of our arenaflex Store, you'll play a vital role in overseeing quality assurance activities, managing inventory and order processes, and ensuring effective communication between customers and internal teams. This is a full-time, on-site position that combines customer support, logistics coordination, and quality control to maintain product reliability and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

  • *Job Summary:**

As a QA & Customer Support Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating customer support initiatives to ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries
  • Managing order and inventory operations, including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory control
  • Collaborating with purchasing and supplier teams to support contracts and optimize supplier management
  • Supporting logistics operations through effective materials handling and stocking practices
  • Facilitating communication across internal teams to improve efficiency and customer experience
  • Conducting defective product analysis to identify issues and support quality assurance efforts
  • Performing product repairs and providing technical support as needed
  • *Key Responsibilities:**
