As a Proofreader & Customer Representative Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and consistency of our content across various media and industries. Your responsibilities will include:

• **Proofreading Written and Digital Work Product**: Review and edit written materials, such as marketing materials, internal documents, emails, press releases, and website text, to ensure accuracy, grammar, punctuation, syntax, usage, consistency, and brand voice.
• **Crosschecking References and Data**: Verify the accuracy of all referenced facts, dates, pages, values, and cross-referenced materials, such as websites, newspapers, and source logs.
• **Reviewing Output for Consistency**: Ensure that content aligns with company-wide work and maintains consistency across campaigns, products, and brands.
• **Collaborating with Team Members**: Attend team meetings, provide constructive editorial input, and communicate with team members to effectuate consistent, accurate, and high-quality work product.
• **Improving Editing Processes**: Suggest process improvements and evaluate changes to create efficiencies in our editing workflows.

• *Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of grammar, punctuation, and syntax.
