As an Experienced Project Manager - Customer Success, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and successful delivery of customer satisfaction initiatives
• Developing and implementing project plans, including setting clear goals, objectives, and timelines
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless project execution

• Analyzing project data and metrics to inform future project decisions and drive continuous improvement
• Providing regular project updates to stakeholders, including senior management and customers
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

• *Essential Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful customer satisfaction projects
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software, including Asana, Trello, or similar tools

• *Preferred Qualifications:**

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, or related field
• PMP or Agile certification
• Experience working in the automotive industry or a related field
