  • *Responsibilities**

As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • **Resolve Complex Consumer Issues**: Use excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve complex consumer issues and respond to consumer concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines.
  • **Assist Policy Holders**: Assist policy holders with billing questions and concerns, and provide support to policy holders with any policy changes requested.
  • **Support Policy Holders' Needs**: Support policy holders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary.
  • *Qualifications**

  • **6 Months Customer Service Experience**: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
  • **Over 18 Years of Age**: Be at least 18 years old
  • **Ability to Type 25 WPM**: Have the ability to type 25 words per minute
  • **High School Graduate or GED**: Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • **Comfort with Desktop Computer System**: Be comfortable using a desktop computer system
  • **Proven Oral & Written Communication Skills**: Have proven oral and written communication skills
  • **6 Months Call Center Experience**: Preferably have 6 months of call center experience
  • **Logical Problem-Solving Skills**: Have logical problem-solving skills
  • **Availability to Work Various Shifts**: Be available to work various shifts
  • **Ability to Use Windows Operating Systems**: Have the ability to use Windows operating systems
  • **Organization and Work Prioritization Skills**: Have organization and work prioritization skills
  • *Work from Home Requirements**

As a remote worker, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • **Internet Connection Requirements**: Have a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
  • **ISP Must Have No Packet Loss and Ping Under 50ms**: Ensure your ISP has no packet loss and a ping under 50ms
  • **Proof of Internet Speed Required**: Provide proof of internet speed
