As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • **Resolving Complex Consumer Issues**: Use your excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues
  • **Assisting Policy Holders**: Provide support to policy holders with billing questions and concerns, as well as policy changes requested

  • **Computer Skills**: Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems

  • **Problem-Solving Skills**: Logical problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • **Availability**: Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • **Internet Connection Requirements**: Meet the minimum internet connection requirements, including a download rate of 12.0 Mbps and an upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
