- *Job Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Patient Care Customer Service Representative – Evening & Weekend Shifts (Remote), you will be responsible for:
- Contacting patients regarding delivery of equipment and taking patient orders
- Verifying patient information and ensuring timely order placement
- Accurately transcribing patient profiles and performing data entry
- Resolving tracking issues and rescheduling shipping orders as needed
- Obtaining necessary medical documentation and troubleshooting patient-related problems
- *Key Qualifications**
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
- Strong customer service background
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing
- Must be able to work five days a week, including weekends and evening shifts
