As an Experienced Patient Care Customer Service Representative – Evening & Weekend Shifts (Remote), you will be responsible for:

  • Contacting patients regarding delivery of equipment and taking patient orders
  • Verifying patient information and ensuring timely order placement
  • Accurately transcribing patient profiles and performing data entry
  • Resolving tracking issues and rescheduling shipping orders as needed
  • Obtaining necessary medical documentation and troubleshooting patient-related problems
  • *Key Qualifications**
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
  • Strong customer service background
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing
  • Must be able to work five days a week, including weekends and evening shifts
