As a Part-Time Remote Google Translate Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Working with our team to identify and qualify business opportunities, grasp key client technical issues, and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers
  • Providing AI expertise to support the technical relationship with Google's clients, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and collaboration with product management to focus on solutions affecting client adoption of Google Cloud
  • Working with clients to demonstrate and model Google Cloud product integrations in client/partner scenarios
  • Suggesting integration techniques, proof-of-concept models, stages, and application infrastructure to implement a comprehensive solution using best practices on Google Cloud
  • Attending client sites, meetings, and other related events on a case-by-case basis

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, mathematics)
  • Four-year certification or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience in virtualization or cloud native models in a client-facing or support role
  • Experience with large data, AI, and mathematical programming frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Python, MATLAB)
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and its products and services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, procedures, and solutions in the cloud/IT space
