As an Experienced Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist – Virtual Operations Support, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting and mentoring hourly workforce teams to ensure high levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance
  • Collaborating with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives
  • Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
  • Working in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
  • Working in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather
  • Continuously climbing and descending stairs (applies to sites with stairs)
  • Lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching
  • Standing/walking for up to 12 hours during shifts
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as operations, customer service, or data entry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
