  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Processing all invoices in INFOR, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Verifying GL Coding, Purchase Order creation, and routing as needed to ensure seamless financial transactions
  • Receiving, stamping, and distributing incoming invoices for approval, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency
  • Electronic and paper filing of invoices processed as needed, ensuring easy access to critical documents
  • Assisting the Admin Office Manager with various duties, providing support and contributing to the smooth operation of the office
  • *Physical Requirements**

As a remote data entry clerk, you'll spend most of your working day in a stationary position, with occasional movement around the office. You'll need to be able to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment with ease.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
