As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.   • 1-2 years of call center experience (preferably in a customer service role)
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience (in any industry)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

  • Ability to manage stress and work under pressure
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work various shifts within hours of operation (including evenings and weekends)
