We're currently hiring part-time Administrative Assistants for our Customer Engagement Center (CEC), which operates on a remote basis. As a key member of our CEC team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our customers, including parents and students. The part-time schedule includes a minimum of 2 Saturday shifts, with the opportunity to work flexible hours during the week.

As an Administrative Assistant, your duties will include:

  • Answering and transferring a high volume of inbound calls (40-60 calls per hour) in a professional and courteous manner
  • Making appointment confirmation calls to ensure seamless scheduling and customer satisfaction
  • Data entry to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to parents and students
  • Collaborating with the CEC team to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Pleasant and professional phone etiquette, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • A minimum typing speed of 40 WPM, with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
  • Proficiency in word processing software, including Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) are a plus, but not required
