• Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries, and providing solutions to their needs
• Represent arenaflex and our automotive dealer clients in a professional and courteous manner
• Utilize your gaming experience to create a positive and engaging experience for customers
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with our team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional support
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services

• *Requirements**

• Must live within the state listed on the position posting (Wichita, KS)
• Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
• Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
• Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions – this is a remote position
• Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
• Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
• Gaming experience is preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (communications, marketing, or business) preferred
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
