*Responsibilities**

As a part-time Live Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services
Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences

*Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary)
Basic internet and window-based computer skills
Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a plus
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment

*Requirements**

Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin
Own a computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone
Be available to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday, after completing six weeks of paid, part-time remote training via Zoom
Start on 9/30/24 and attend training sessions between 4:00pm-8:00pm CST, Monday-Friday
