As a Part-time Junior Specialist - Customer Care, you'll be responsible for:

  • Resolving customer issues regarding products or in-store experiences in a timely and accurate manner
  • Opening, monitoring, and closing customer service cases in our electronic CRM system
  • Greeting customers warmly and determining problems or reasons for calling
  • Assisting with customer refunds and reimbursements
  • Answering questions about warranties, product availability, and terms of sale
  • Escalating cases to second-level customer care when appropriate
  • Providing feedback to Customer Service Management regarding departmental and company processes and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Using and modifying scripted responses to guide interactions with customers

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1+ years of related experience working in a customer service call center environment
  • Previous experience resolving customer complaints
  • Experience in the retail/grocery industry (a plus)
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Ability to maintain a professional and calm demeanor in handling complex and demanding scenarios
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently while maintaining attention to detail and commitment to deadlines
