As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our internal and external systems. • Load client employee payroll information and personal employee information into databases in a timely and accurate manner
• Update client or company level information changes, such as delivery addresses, contact information, and State Unemployment Insurance rate changes
• Maintain accurate account information and ensure the integrity of client taxes
• Work closely with our team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results

• *Essential Qualifications**

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
• Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
