As a Part Time Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our administrative functions. You'll be responsible for processing invoices, verifying GL coding, and performing various administrative tasks. - Invoicing Management: Process all incoming invoices in INFOR, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- GL Coding Verification: Verify GL coding, create purchase orders as needed, and route them for approval.
- Document Management: Receive, stamp, and distribute incoming invoices for approval, and perform electronic and paper filing of processed invoices.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Admin Office Manager with various duties as needed.
- *Requirements**
- Data Entry Experience: Must have experience in data entry with minimal supervision.
- 10-Key by Touch: Preference given to candidates who possess 10-key by touch skills.
- Computer Literacy: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills, both oral and written, with attention to detail.
- Office Equipment Familiarity: Must be familiar with various office equipment.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
