What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative and Lot Attendant at arenaflex, you will work as part of a supportive team to deliver exceptional service to every customer. Your responsibilities will be diverse and engaging, allowing you to develop a wide range of skills while making a meaningful impact on people's moving experiences.

Customer Assistance


  • Welcome and assist customers inside and outside the arenaflex center with products and services

  • Answer questions and educate customers regarding products, services, and moving tips

  • Provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs

  • Ensure every customer leaves feeling confident and prepared for their move

  • Handle customer inquiries with patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude

Technology & Operations


  • Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory efficiently

  • Process rental transactions and prepare rental invoices accurately

  • Accept equipment returned from rental and ensure proper documentation

  • Maintain up-to-date records of inventory and equipment status

  • Utilize company systems and software to track rentals and resolve customer issues

Lot Operations & Equipment Maintenance


  • Move and hook up arenaflex trucks and trailers for customer preparation

  • Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels

  • Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure equipment safety and reliability

  • Organize and maintain the lot area to ensure a clean, safe environment

  • Assist with truck sanitation and interior cleaning between rentals

Installation & Technical Services


  • Install hitches and trailer wiring as needed by customers

  • Fill propane tanks (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment)

  • Drive a forklift to move and organize equipment (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment)

  • Perform basic equipment repairs and troubleshooting

  • Ensure all equipment meets safety standards before rental

Professional Development


  • Participate in ongoing continuous education through arenaflex University

  • Complete required training programs and certifications

  • Stay current on new products, services, and company policies

  • Develop skills that can lead to advancement opportunities within the company

What We're Looking For: Qualifications & Skills

Essential Qualifications


  • Valid Driver's License: You must possess a valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required

  • Availability: Part-time availability is required, including weekends and holidays

  • Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential

  • Basic Computer Skills: Ability to use technology and learn new systems

  • Willingness to Learn: Must be open to training, certification, and continuous improvement

  • Physical Capability: Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, including truck sanitation duties

  • Previous experience in customer service or retail environments

  • Knowledge of moving equipment or rental industry experience

Physical Requirements


  • Some physical exertion is required, including long periods of remaining stationary

  • Moving around indoors and outdoors throughout the shift

  • Positioning oneself to reach objects at varying heights

  • Moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. (assisted or unassisted)

  • Standing, walking, bending, and lifting as required by the job
