As a Part-Time Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, processing incoming orders, and resolving customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. • *Work Schedule and Location**

• Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 11:30 AM EST - 5:00 PM EST
• Location: 100% Remote, with the requirement to reside in one of the following states: Illinois, Maryland, New York, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Minnesota, Nevada, South Carolina, Virginia, Washington D.C., Wisconsin, or Missouri. Occasional commute to an office may be required.

• *Qualifications**

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic PC skills using MS Office and other computer programs
• No previous experience required, but customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent training and experience
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
