We're seeking an experienced Overnight Weekend Holiday Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling lost/stolen customer service calls for a large banking institution, providing top-notch support to our clients while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone. This is a 100% remote position, and you will be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

As an Overnight Weekend Holiday Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling lost/stolen customer service calls for a large banking institution
  • Filing disputes for customers who suspect fraud on their account
  • Expressing empathy and maintaining a professional tone throughout all calls
  • Providing top-notch support to our clients while resolving their issues
  • Working evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and standards
  • *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (Associates Degree preferred)
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • A background check is required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to use WIRED High-Speed Internet Connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps Download / 25 Mbps Upload (No Wifi)
  • Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 16 or higher) Smartphone
  • Either a Smartphone with Unlimited Minutes, or Landline Phone
  • Ability to problem solve

  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • 3+ years of experience using a PC or Laptop
  • Experience working in a remote call center environment
  • Experience handling lost/stolen customer service calls
