We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team on an overnight shift. As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing department inbox. - *Key Responsibilities:**
- Answer inbound calls, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage department inbox
- Utilize strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with ticketing systems to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Be available to work overnight shifts, including Tuesday to Friday 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM CST and Saturday to Tuesday 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM CST
- *Requirements:**
- An Associate's degree or 2 years of experience in customer support or client relations
- Ability to work an occasional flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and additional hours during peak times
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong presentation skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and professional manner
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose iterative solutions clearly and concisely
