- *Job Summary**
We're seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our team of overnight, weekend, and holiday lost/stolen customer service agents. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer complaints and issues, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy throughout all interactions. This is a 100% remote position, and you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- File disputes and shut down debit cards for customers who suspect fraud on their accounts
- Maintain an empathetic and professional tone throughout all interactions
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer service goals and objectives
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics and standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
- *Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associate's degree preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Background check required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use a wired high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps (no Wi-Fi)
- Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 15 or higher) smartphone
- Ability to use a smartphone or landline phone for remote queue connection
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
