As an Overnight Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers, running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to enhance their shopping experience
• Working with our food program to provide customers with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out, to ensure a positive customer experience
• Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
• Interacting with customers daily, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and achieve business objectives
• Coming up with creative solutions to problems and thinking on your feet to provide exceptional customer service

• *Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills

• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
