  • *Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to assist customers with their loan applications and other financial services
  • Consistently and accurately documenting all information pertaining to accounts, using basic business math to solve problems
  • Speaking clearly, concisely, and effectively, listening to, and understanding information and ideas as presented verbally
  • Maintaining a manner that shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism when speaking to customers
  • Following written and/or verbal instructions, working within the laws, rules, regulations, policies, and/or procedures
  • Processing card payments accurately, performing the initial approval of potential borrowers by thoroughly examining their applications through multiple software systems
  • Reviewing applicants to evaluate their eligibility for loan, following up with customers to clarify important points
  • Finalizing loan details and keeping customers informed in rules and obligations
  • Remaining up-to-date regarding lending and other financial services, creating and renewing records
  • Identifying customer needs, exploring all options availability to customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and change quickly with the needs of the company
  • Ability to multi-task by speaking with customers and typing notes simultaneously
  • Meeting monthly individual goals as set by management
  • *Essential and Preferred Qualifications**
  • Minimum of High school diploma/ GED
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations
  • Proficient with technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems
  • Preferred Education and/or Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience in a financial institution or related field
  • *Technical Skills**
  • Proficient use of MS: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Proficient user of the Internet and cloud-based storage
  • *Working Conditions / Physical Demands**
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time, talking, listening constantly
  • Sitting for extended period of time
  • Shift: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
  • Fully remote after initial 1 week training period (training will be 8am-5pm M-F during 1st week)
