We're seeking highly skilled and customer-focused Overnight Customer Service Representatives for a 12-month temporary opportunity with a large local company. As an Overnight CSR, you'll be responsible for handling emergency outages and providing exceptional support to our client's customers during late-night hours. After completing in-person, daytime training, you'll transition to a remote opportunity, working from the comfort of your own home with all necessary equipment provided.

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members

  • Prior experience in customer service or call center environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or call center management
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
