arenaflex is seeking highly skilled and customer-focused Overnight Customer Service Representatives for a 12-month temporary opportunity. As an Overnight CSR, you'll be responsible for handling emergency outages, providing exceptional support to our clients' customers during late-night hours, and transitioning to a remote opportunity after completing in-person, daytime training.   • *Responsibilities:**
  • Handle emergency outages and provide exceptional support to our clients' customers during late-night hours
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior representatives
  • Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • *Requirements:**
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience
  • Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to complete in-person training during regular business hours before transitioning to night shift
  • Analytical and computer literate
  • 45 wpm typing and speaking on the phone simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in customer service or call center environment

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service)
  • Experience working in a 24/7 call center environment
