As an Overnight CSR, you'll be responsible for handling emergency outages, providing exceptional support to our clients' customers during late-night hours, and transitioning to a remote opportunity after completing in-person, daytime training. - Handle emergency outages and provide exceptional support to our clients' customers during late-night hours
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior representatives
- Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers via phone, email, and chat
