Your primary responsibility will be to provide quick and accurate assistance to customers, answering their questions and resolving their issues in real-time. You'll be expected to work independently, but also as part of a larger team-oriented environment, where collaboration and communication are key.

  • Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
  • Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate
  • Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately
  • Promote interest in client products and services
  • Continually portray and project a positive and professional image
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team
  • May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed

  • Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
  • PC keyboarding and internet experience needed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal
