As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients and partners, resolving medical-related inquiries, and collaborating with carriers to ensure coverage of medication.   • Answer inbound calls, occasionally make outbound calls to assist with medically related inquiries
  • Use computer skills for data entry, gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information
  • Collaborate with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient

  • Utilize medical terminology and insurance processes to resolve complex issues
  • Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve shared goals and objectives

  • 1 year or more of recent call center experience (no exceptions)
  • Strong background in medical terminology and insurance processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High-speed internet with modem access
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry and software applications
