As a Live Chat and Email Support Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our players through live chat and email support. Your primary duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services
  • Gathering customer feedback and suggestions to improve our customer service process and experience
  • Maintaining a positive, responsible, empathetic, and professional attitude to manage customer satisfaction
  • Following standard telephone scripts provided during dunning
  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Respond & follow up to customer inquiries through live chat and email
  • Provide products information to customers
  • Gather customer feedback & provide suggestions on improving customer service process & experience to superior
  • Maintain positive, responsible, empathetic and professional attitude to manage customer satisfaction
  • Follow the standard telephone scripts provided during dunning
  • *Requirements:**
  • SPM level & above, trilingual in English and Chinese (verbal, written & read)
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in any customer service role
  • Basic computer skills: Gsuite, Microsoft
  • Own PC/Laptop with spec 8GB RAM above & I5 Core or AMD Ryzen 5 above with 80mbps internet speed for work
