  • *Responsibilities**

As a Live Chat Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
  • Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to Live Chat Manager when appropriate
  • Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
  • Promoting interest in client products and services
  • Consistently achieving established standards of the position
  • May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed
  • *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in either a call center or customer service environment
  • Strong attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills
  • A process improvement mindset with a humble and "get it done" attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills in the English language
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
  • Ability to compose professional emails
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working with AI (Artificial Intelligence) chatbots
  • Knowledge of financial technology and digital solutions
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience in a similar role at a financial institution or fintech company
