As an Experienced Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting clients with policy questions, updates, and claims in a professional and timely manner
- Providing A+ customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Managing policy renewals, endorsements, and changes with accuracy and attention to detail
- Working with insurance carriers to ensure smooth transactions and top-notch service
- Supporting Account Managers with quotes, reports, and client correspondence
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell/upsell and help clients maximize their coverage
- *What You Bring to the Table**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance (Independent Agency preferred)
- Active P&C License – you're legit!
- Stellar communication and customer service skills that make clients feel valued
- Insane attention to detail – you catch what others miss
- Proficiency in insurance software (AMS360, Applied Epic) & Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask like a pro in a fast-paced environment
