As a Licensed Customer Care Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, text, chat, social media, and other communication channels
- Helping pet parents understand our insurance and non-insurance products and how they can protect their furry companions
- Building and strengthening customer relationships using effective communication, keen listening skills, and empathy
- Navigating multiple platforms to provide a complete and integrated response to customer inquiries
- Utilizing productivity and task management tools like MS Office and G-Suite to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- *Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- An active Property & Casualty Producer license
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a high-volume call center or veterinary clinic
- Proven ability to build and strengthen customer relationships using effective communication, keen listening skills, and empathy
- Strong experience navigating multiple platforms to provide a complete and integrated response to customer inquiries
- Proficiency with productivity and task management tools like MS Office and G-Suite
- In-depth familiarity with ticketing software (Zendesk, Kustomer, Gladly, etc.)

- Meticulous attention to detail and strong prioritization abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively
