Job Description – Experienced Lawyer - Remote

Infina Health is seeking an experienced Lawyer / Legal Advisor to join our team. As a vital member of our Operations department, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel for the safe and efficient operation of our transportation services.

Responsibilities
• Legal Advisory: Provide expert legal advice and guidance in line with US laws and Up-To-Date information.
• Legal Research: Conduct comprehensive legal research on complex topics relating to corporate law.
• Document Drafting: Prepare and review legal documents with great care and attention to detail.
• Compliance Management: Monitor and assess regulatory changes and ensure management is made aware.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential legal risks with the overall department and recommend solutions.
• Legal Representation: Represent Infina Health as required over digital channel.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Law BA LLB or higher
• Proven experience working as a legal advocate.
• Experience dealing with insurance carriers and brokers.
• Sound understanding of legal structures pertinent to transportation and logistics.
• Clear and In-depth knowledge of US laws and experience with US legal framework.
• Excellent research and analytical skills to present complex legal matters.
• Strong communication and English speaking skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Prior remote work experience would be a plus.

Compensation
• Compensation range is set at PKR 175,000 to PKR 300,000 depending on skill and experience
