As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing IT administration, project management, and support to ensure the operational sustainability of arenaflex's IT infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on:

  • IT administration of all site executions, inventories, system planning, and maintenance for server farm infrastructure, IT accreditation labs, and remote communication room equipment.
  • IT support of IT labs to align client application and design teams with workstations, equipment, and access to test their applications.
  • Remote coordination with professional services responsible for basic framework maintenance and break-fix exercises at remote communication rooms.
  • Management, operation, maintenance, and monitoring of all basic offices infrastructure for server farm and remote communication room equipment.
  • Development of server farm and remote communication room standards for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure.
  • Support of IT offices grounds fiber ring to maintain the reliability and service coherence of the Atlanta airport and grounds offices underground fiber ring.
  • Suggesting and implementing departmental policies, rules, standards, and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with all governing corporate policies and regulations.
  • Project management of server farm and remote communication room guidelines capital upgrades, updates, and improvements.
  • Determination of IT and basic offices services, ensuring accurate documentation, obtaining best costs for items and services, and ensuring that vendors meet their contractual obligations.
  • Oversees the planning, execution, and vendor support of the proper electrical power, A/C, fire suppression, security, floor support, and cabling programs for communication rooms.
  • Provide proactive and break-fix support for alert/ticket remediation related to offices, remote communication rooms, lab, and server farm equipment.
  • Functional sustainability of airport basic climate framework.
  • Foster Plan Guidelines for Remote Communication Room Space, UPS, central air, Generators, and Fire Life and Security (FLS) systems.
  • Remote coordination of airport basic framework maintenance and break-fix exercises.
  • Survey/Store Support Records. Ensure discrepancies are remediated.
  • Provide remote Incident Management goal to airport basic hardware.
  • Provide remote installation, setup, and operational support.
  • Maintain strict adherence to change control exercises.
  • Balances multiple needs within established time limitations
  • Adaptability to assist an activity with varying shifts, extended hours, and availability to work requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
