As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing large amounts of incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service
  • Generating sales leads and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products
  • Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
  • Meeting personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
