What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As an Innovation Investigator Intern, you'll be immersed in meaningful work that directly impacts our business. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with business clients to conduct requirements analysis related to systems and business processes, translating business needs into quality technical solutions that drive value.


• Ensuring that proposed solutions align with internal tooling, business procedures, and departmental standards, maintaining consistency across our technology ecosystem.


• Managing timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementation phases to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints.


• Acting as a桥梁 (bridge) between business and Innovation teams, facilitating effective communications and ensuring alignment on objectives, deliverables, and expectations.


• Participating in systems and acceptance testing, contributing to quality assurance efforts that ensure our applications meet the highest standards before deployment.

While the Quality Management Office falls within our Innovation space, we primarily focus on the application side of operations. This team is responsible for ensuring the quality of applications that our frontline teams—including flight attendants and pilots—use in their daily roles. The applications you'll help test are part of the essential "ready to fly" suite of tools that our operations depend on.

Your daily work will involve partnering with Case teams (including Scrum Masters, Developers, and Product Owners) to test applications as they undergo changes. You'll also be responsible for developing metrics that showcase progress and ensure leadership is aware of how testing initiatives are advancing. Without rigorous quality assurance, issues could arise in production, ultimately affecting operations—so your attention to detail makes a critical difference.

Special Team Highlight: arenaflex Vacations

The arenaflex Vacations team is on the front lines of creating new, revenue-generating products that extend beyond our core air travel offerings. This is a fast-paced, highly competitive business initiative where you'll gain comprehensive knowledge of both the aviation industry and the broader travel sector. Qualifications We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

• Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. You'll use these tools daily for documentation, data analysis, presentations, and project management.


• Strong Analytical Skills: The ability to think critically and approach business problems with a solution-oriented mindset is essential. You'll be expected to analyze requirements, identify gaps, and propose effective recommendations.


• Technical Environment Knowledge: Basic understanding of technical environments is required. You should be comfortable working with software applications, understanding system architectures, and navigating technical documentation.
