  • *Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Industrialization Specialist to join our Provider Industrialization group. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing industrialization-related activities within our provider network. Your primary focus will be on creating, implementing, and improving part assembly and gathering strategies, as well as quality control processes, to ensure seamless integration with our production cycles.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Plan, coordinate, direct, and lead industrialization-related activities within the provider network group.
  • Create, implement, review, improve, and address provider planning and execution of part assembly and gathering strategies and quality control processes from the high-level development stage to large-scale manufacturing capability.
  • Provide authority to New Item Presentation (NPI) at Providers.
  • Lead provider enhancements in flexibility, cost, and quality.
  • Work with communication and explanation of technical requirements among Providers and arenaflex Buying, Quality, and Configuration groups.
  • Responsible for provider reviews to ensure their ability to meet part performance, delivery, and quality expectations.
  • Collaborate with arenaflex Planning, Quality, and Manufacturing to determine the best performance metrics and provider measurements.
  • Responsible for driving, tracking, and improving provider manufacturing process advancement, launch preparation for new items and design changes, and driving continuous improvement exercises using Lean Manufacturing and First Principles strategies.
  • Guide providers in growing highly efficient cycles and methodologies to advance professional and consistent production of high-quality products.
  • Approve provider corrective actions, including plan and process changes, to ensure they are robust, sustainable, and executed for similar expected concerns across manufacturing lines and providers.
  • Provide input on new or alternative materials for improved design, manufacturability, or cost reduction.
  • Participate in provider DFM Audit, guide providers in effective utilization of jig burdens, best practices for assembly, testing, and inspection, and right tools or assembly equipment to use.
  • *What You'll Bring**
  • Certification in Design, Mathematics, Science, Physics, or proof of experience and outstanding skills.
  • Experience in Quality Systems, including PPAP/APQP processes.
  • Demonstrate a high-level working knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), and Lean Manufacturing, and how to apply these skills to improve quality, reduce waste, and decrease cost.
  • High-level working knowledge of tool management and maintenance, high-volume forming production cycles, metallization and painting of formed surfaces, ownership for part life-cycle from raw material approval through final product acceptance.
  • Have proven leadership capabilities.
  • Past experience managing critical components.
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate provider activities at the management level.
  • Ability to define and execute a project using project management strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent team-building skills in managing providers, peers, and other functional areas.
  • Strong technical ability to write and a capacity to explain complex issues in a concise and clear way. Should be familiar with SPC and data analysis.
  • A minimum of 40-60% travel, potentially without prior notice.
