We're seeking an experienced HR Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team on a contract basis, with a high likelihood of extension. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries related to Open Enrollment, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in delivering a world-class experience to our customers.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Manage a high-volume case and client load, responding to customers in a timely fashion with relevant updates and providing world-class customer service.
  • Apply strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and data management skills to resolve customer inquiries related to Open Enrollment, EDI files, and COBRA.
  • Set and reset expectations clearly, communicating effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Document customer information and configure settings as required by case, ensuring seamless communication with carriers, partners, customers, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide updates to customers.

  • Exceptional communication and follow-up skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with new technologies and a willingness to adopt and learn new systems.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 3+ years in a customer support or implementation type role, with a strong understanding of Open Enrollment, EDI files, COBRA, Benefits Administration, Insurance, and Payroll.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
