  • *Responsibilities**

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to members of our Medicare Advantage plan, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Demonstrating a strong dedication to showing empathy and using active listening skills to hear members and their concerns.
  • Documenting calls accurately to reflect each interaction with the members, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and recorded.
  • Meeting and exceeding contact center targets for call management, quality, and adherence to schedule.
  • Managing all calls with professionalism and escalating calls when necessary to the next level.
  • *Operational Hours**

Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-8pm EST, with varying shifts available within these hours. During open enrollment, our operation hours will change to include weekends as part of the work shift.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in health insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid customer service.
  • 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of QNXT.
  • Member Service knowledge, HIPAA, Claims, and Provider Services knowledge.
  • A High School graduate or GED, with a 2-4 year undergraduate degree or certificate being a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in using dual monitors, multiple applications, and phone simultaneously, with strong keyboard skills and the ability to enter data with accuracy.
