As a key member of our Corporate Affairs Team within the Government Affairs Division, you'll play a vital role in promoting and selling air travel on our services, while providing exceptional customer service and support. • *Job Summary:**

As a Government and Corporate Affairs Customer Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Promoting and selling air travel on arenaflex to government and corporate clients
• Preparing itineraries, computing fares, issuing refunds, and preparing and issuing tickets
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems in a mutually beneficial manner
• Communicating with customers over the phone to research passenger complaints and advise on cancelled or delayed flights
• Staying up-to-date on new rules, policies, and procedures that affect customers and communicating them effectively

• *Requirements for Success:**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills
• Knowledge of Native SABRE and ability to demonstrate resourcefulness and creativity in problem resolution
• A high level of initiative, good judgment, and dependability
• Satisfactory attendance required
