As an Experienced Funder (Customer Service) with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Scrutinizing and authenticating retail and lease paperwork to ensure precision and adherence to arenaflex policies, established criteria, credit conditions, and state/federal laws.
  • Managing incoming calls from dealerships during peak hours to resolve pending matters as necessary.
  • Actively engaging in coaching sessions and training to collaboratively devise solutions that improve individual and collective departmental performance.
  • Fulfilling other assigned duties as required.
