**Experienced Full Stack Strategic Sourcing Specialist – Professional Services Procurement**

• *Job Summary:**

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Full Stack Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team responsible for the strategic sourcing of Professional Services for The Walt Disney Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building relationships with key executives, advising on market engagement to identify top-tier dealer partners, leading deal negotiations, and assisting to optimize cross-functional dealer relationships. You will work on a wide range of projects that will keep your role exciting, exposing you to many service-providing industries, including consulting and advisory, financial, tax, audit, data subscriptions, translations, temporary workers, managed services, etc., and allowing your growth in strategic thinking, relationship building, innovative problem-solving, process improvement, innovation sourcing, and other key skills that will increase you as a robust business leader.

• *Responsibilities:**

• Participate and lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives with key internal stakeholders
• Evaluate providers and experts based on pre-determined selection criteria
• Develop and lead RFI/RFP process for professional services according to TWDC policy and procedures
• Analyze bids based on overall cost/delivery to identify opportunities to obtain the best value
• Prepare and execute clear, data-driven negotiation techniques using Strategic Sourcing methodology
• Prepare and execute contracts, as well as perform post-award administration
• Understand and assist in the development and execution of performance control applications with providers that focus on quality, responsiveness, and cost
• Ensure compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and best practices
• Communicate and document to management the reputation of any significant external relationships that may impact planning and decision-making
• Analyze market trends and situations that affect internal stakeholders and external providers and/or pricing
• Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with current business best practices
• Demonstrate exemplary integrity and ethics in all instances
• Show expertise with all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements
• Demonstrate experience in drafting and executing professional services agreements
• Have experience working with a legal department on matters regarding boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions

• *Key Skills and Qualifications:**

• 5+ Years of strategic sourcing experience with a minimum 2 years of professional services class sourcing
• Ability to engage with and establish relationships with personnel at all levels
• Strong strategic agility

• Knowledge of:
+ Sourcing & Procurement processes+ Basic legal terms and conditions+ Entertainment industry trends and situations+ Proven expertise with all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements+ Established experience working with the legal department on matters regarding boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions
• Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services+ Professional Services Sourcing history is a plus+ Consulting/Advisory history is a plus
• Required Education:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
