- *Job Responsibilities**
As a Software Support Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Recognizing and resolving technical issues, often anticipating problems before they occur or escalate
- Managing incidents and projects by identifying, tracking, and resolving help desk, sending, or system issues
- Recording, teaching, following, supporting, and improving current processes
- Supporting the lifecycle of systems and related components from development to retirement
- Presenting, working with, and performing quality assurance testing on supported systems
- Creating, using, and maintaining tools and content to automate processes, generate reports, and address support issues
- Leading or participating in project/partner meetings as they relate to defining and communicating sending and support requirements, report needs, and expectations, analyzing and deciding on alternative delivery methods, and creating project schedules and quotes
- Providing guidance and direction to clients, teams, and other support personnel on daily activities, project drives, sending activities, and support issues
- Conducting in-depth analysis to increase system performance, quality, and efficiency
- Maintaining effective relationships with the business and IT teams
- Identifying opportunities for streamlining, increasing efficiency through continuous process improvement
- Creating and following arenaflex's IT policies, processes, systems, or administrative principles
- Working on Client Story to fix code as small improvement requests to resolve frequently occurring issues
- Managing data loading/extraction and utilities and tools that include SQL tuning, troubleshooting, and fixing UNIX scripts
- Investigating various Java-based Miniature support applications for reported Occurrences/issues
- Supporting answers for determinations on time, within budget, and with an impeccable level of quality and accuracy to specific requirements
- Planning and presenting detailed functional and technical specifications that support useful requirements
- Planning and clearly conveying top-tier strategies by which arenaflex Strategies tasks can successfully utilize the enhancements created
- Collaborating with other designers, projects, Item Owners, and Business Arrangements Investigators to ensure that the technical solution offers scale and supports business needs
- Creating and maintaining documentation standards
- Providing end-user communication on critical issues like support delays/disturbances with ETAs
- Performing daily system and application health checks to ensure the smooth running of the application
- Ensuring a high level of responsiveness by assessing and appropriately answering help tickets colleagues. Participating in requirements gathering meetings to ensure clear understanding of requirements, as it relates to Functional and reporting usage in our arenaflex Coordinated factors field activities
- Creating and maintaining process documentation and contributing to the development of departmental standards
- Creating solutions to resolve the underlying detailed issues from colleagues
- Assessing and providing recommendations on long-term software changes to resolve issues
- Tracking and educating colleagues on the status of their help tickets in real-time and immediately resolving issues
- Creating and maintaining organizations with IS Administration Workstation and other IS groups to ensure quality support and support
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics related to efficiency and quality
- Creating documentation for other support groups for them to resolve issues
- Completing small-sized upgrade requests for development and deployment to production on a case-by-case basis
- Reporting any instances of Client dissatisfaction to the proper Administration asset
- Adhering to security management practices, as well as promoting established security standards
- Understanding and adhering to the arenaflex Discount Statement of Purpose and Code of Conduct
- *Requirements**
- Experience working with small improvement requests to resolve continuous issues
- Proficiency in data loading/extraction and utilities and tools. Broadly associated with SQL tuning, troubleshooting, and fixing UNIX scripts
- Knowledge of various Java-based Miniature support applications to investigate the issues
- Investigating experience with application programming suites
- Ability to comprehend and investigate T-SQL script
- Ability to comprehend business cycles and work with project partners to assist with navigating through an issue to understand the root cause
- Excellent customer service skills and exceptional phone behavior
- Strong relational skills and able to work effectively with all levels of the business and IS
- Demonstrated strong hierarchical characteristics in favor of resolving issues quickly

- Scheduling flexibility to be available for emergency support coverage in a 24/7 environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs
