• Drive the development and execution of the Client Investigation Center product strategy, ensuring high-quality and seamless customer experience for internal stakeholders.
• Define and implement a methodology, prioritization, and workflow for the Client Investigation Center.
• Ensure that tools are built and scaled to support the security and trustworthiness needs of internal teams in analyzing customer data and behavior.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of the Client Insightful Center.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and privacy, and identify potential opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
• Collaborate with Design, Walmart Interface, Data Adventures, Walmart+, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality customer analytics solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer privacy.

• *Essential Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and 7 years' experience in product management.
• Alternatively, 9 years' experience in product management or related field.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, and 6 years' experience as a product manager, preferably managing customer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
