• *Job Summary**

As a member of our product design or delivery and integration team, reporting to a Designing Chief, you'll be responsible for:

• **Programming Development**: Developing, testing, and refining software applications using cutting-edge technologies and programming languages.
• **Code Reviews and Testing**: Participating in code reviews and automated testing to ensure high-quality code and identify areas for improvement.
• **Troubleshooting and Debugging**: Troubleshooting essential software components and identifying code gaps for remediation.
• **Automation and Scaling**: Automating processes in test or production environments and scaling applications based on projected demand.
• **Leadership and Collaboration**: Leading a small team of developers and collaborating with colleagues to drive innovation and improvement.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development and leading teams of developers and scrum teams.
• 3+ years of active experience working with Hadoop, Hive, Flume (core, SQL, and PySpark).
• Strong data warehousing concepts.
• Knowledge of financial reporting environments is an asset.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field is an asset.
• Experience with cloud platforms like GCP/AWS, building microservices, and agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Experience with GitHub/Bitbucket and using CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Experience with NoSQL databases like HBase, Couchbase, MongoDB is a plus.
