• Four-year degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
• 4+ years of experience in software development using a range of technologies, including C++, WinRT, and WinUI
• Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, code quality, testing, and troubleshooting
• Experience in the full development lifecycle of sending software at scale
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
