As a key member of our Social Media Customer Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our fans and customers across various social media platforms. - *Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide timely and effective customer support to fans and customers across various social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Social Media, Content, and Marketing, to ensure that customer support is aligned with business objectives and brand messaging.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products, services, and brand voice to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve customer support processes and services.
- Work closely with the Social Media team to develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement, loyalty, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to the Social Media team to enhance customer support services.
- Collaborate with the Content team to develop and implement content strategies that align with customer support goals and objectives.
- Participate in social media listening and monitoring to stay informed about customer concerns and feedback.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including fans, customers, and partners, to ensure that customer support is aligned with business objectives and brand messaging.
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media customer support or a related field.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
