As a Full Stack Reliability Engineer Lead – Custom Silicon Management at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our custom silicon management solutions. - Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability

- 3+ years of relevant industry experience in reliability engineering, quality engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of semiconductor reliability and quality standards, including JEDEC and ISO
- Experience with silicon thing level reliability and lifetime direct model
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
- Experience with process streams, judgments, and managing supplier execution
- Familiarity with FAI (First Article Inspection) and other quality control processes
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience in reliability engineering, quality engineering, or a related field
- Experience with process streams, judgments, and managing supplier execution
- Familiarity with FAI (First Article Inspection) and other quality control processes
- Experience with yield assessment and relationship examination for all levels of test
- Experience with tutoring and guiding suppliers for improvement
