As a Full Stack Reliability Engineer Lead – Custom Silicon Management at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our custom silicon management solutions. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy our products, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

  • Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability
  • Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure that our products meet our quality and reliability standards
  • Work with our suppliers to ensure that they meet our quality and reliability standards
  • Lead the development and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with our engineering teams to develop and implement new technologies and innovations
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials to support our products and processes

  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience in reliability engineering, quality engineering, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor reliability and quality standards, including JEDEC and ISO
  • Experience with silicon thing level reliability and lifetime direct model
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Experience with process streams, judgments, and managing supplier execution
  • Familiarity with FAI (First Article Inspection) and other quality control processes
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience in reliability engineering, quality engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with process streams, judgments, and managing supplier execution
  • Familiarity with FAI (First Article Inspection) and other quality control processes
  • Experience with yield assessment and relationship examination for all levels of test
  • Experience with tutoring and guiding suppliers for improvement
