  • *Job Summary**

As a Sr. RTA, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of our global workforce. You'll be responsible for real-time monitoring of service levels, managing operational KPIs, and site-level performances. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.

  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Sr. RTA, your key responsibilities will include:

  • **Real-Time Monitoring**: Monitor and analyze real-time data to ensure effective management of incoming and outbound phone, chat, and email volumes.
  • **Operational KPI Management**: Manage operational KPIs, including service levels, occupancy, PTL, utilization, and other key metrics.
  • **Site-Level Performance**: Monitor and analyze site-level performances to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • **Forecasting and Planning**: Analyze forecasted details from the Economists team and draft way-forward plans for peak readiness, headcount hiring, and other operational initiatives.
  • **Collaboration and Liaison**: Liaise with network POCs (WFM and Ops) to identify gaps and opportunities that may impact operational metrics.
  • **Process Improvement**: Ensure that operational processes are followed and identify opportunities to simplify and improve current processes.
  • **Mentorship and Development**: Mentor and develop fellow RTAs with WFM required skills and knowledge.
  • **Insight and Analysis**: Provide deep insights and analysis on metric misses, including factual callouts and paths to green (PTGs).
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • **Bachelor's degree** in a relevant field, such as business, operations, or analytics.
  • **Minimum 3 years** of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in workforce management, analytics, or operations.
  • **Proven track record** of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills**, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • **Excellent communication and collaboration skills**, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • **Experience with WFM tools and technologies**, including forecasting, scheduling, and performance management.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • **Master's degree** in a relevant field, such as business, operations, or analytics.
  • **Certification** in a relevant field, such as WFM, analytics, or operations.
  • **Experience** with arenaflex's WFM tools and technologies.
