We are seeking an experienced and motivated Provider Data Services Senior Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Provider Data Services Senior Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing reviews of provider data, identifying issues, and implementing solutions to ensure the accuracy and quality of our provider data. You will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues and implement new processes.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Offers functional support and performs data entry and cleanup for data exchanges (simple to complex)
- Performs more complicated data exchanges and maintenance related to activities, developments, and new product implementations
- Works with various departments to ensure quality provider data to our members
- Maintains and updates provider segment and agreement data, including sensitive or complex exchanges, in relevant systems for case settlement and provider catalog
- Collaborates with internal/external constituents to implement new organizations and complex business arrangements
- Identifies, investigates, and directs root cause analyses (e.g., issue providers identified by PST, patterns from routine PDS reviews) and collaborates cross-functionally within the organization to suggest process enhancements
- Directs and oversees reviews of provider data and heightens issues for resolution as suitable
- *Required Capabilities**
- 1-2 years of provider-related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel
- Provider Data Maintenance experience
- Past production environment experience
- *Preferred Capabilities**
- CPB or EPDB knowledge
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrated success in focusing on work and the ability to perform multiple tasks in a high-speed environment
- Demonstrated outcome in collaborating with others to meet/surpass expectations
- Experience providing clear and concise written and verbal communications

- High School Diploma or Equivalent work experience
- *Compensation and Benefits**
The common compensation range for this role is:
$18.50 - $35.29
This pay range addresses the base hourly rate or base yearly full-time compensation for all situations in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base compensation offer will depend on various factors, including experience, education, location, and other relevant variables. This position is eligible for an arenaflex reward, commission, or temporary incentive program in addition to the base compensation range listed above.
